Windhoek, Namibia –Trustco Life Limited, is proud to announce its rebranding to Stanbury Life. This transformation, as approved by Namfisa, the non-banking Financial Services Regulator of Namibia, follows the recent completion of a NAD 468 000 000 (USD 26M) share buyback transaction in the insurer’s holding company, Legal Shield Holdings (PTY) Ltd.
As the company commemorates 19 years of delivering innovative life, health, and wealth solutions, the Board of Directors has approved this change to strengthen the company’s position as an independent, forward-thinking entity in the financial services sector.
